Chestnut Mousse (4 servings)

Ingredients:

0.5 l milk

4.5 tablespoons flour

1 vanilla sugar

4 tablespoons sugar

25 g butter

10-20 roasted chestnuts (to taste)

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine . milk, flour, vanilla sugar, sugar, and butter.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens (to pudding consistency).

3. Once thickened, add mashed chestnuts.

4. For a quicker option, you can use store-bought vanilla pudding and mix in the mashed chestnuts.

5. Whip 100 ml of heavy cream and fold it into the cooled “pudding.”

Chestnut Rolls

Ingredients for the crust:

4 eggs

4 tablespoons oil

4 tablespoons sugar

4 tablespoons cocoa

Instructions:

1. Whip eggs with oil, sugar, and cocoa.

2. Pour into a parchment-lined baking tray, spreading the mixture evenly to be as thin as possible.

3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at medium temperature until the crust is golden brown.
