Are you ready to try a tasteful dessert with pears and dark chocolate that you can make very quickly?
This is exactly the bite you will need when you want something sweet, something special.
3-4 pears (when cleaned and peeled it should be about 300g)
80g dark chocolate
2 eggs
half glass of sugar
half glass of milk
half glass of flour
half glass of grits
quarter glass of oil
6g baking powder
10g vanilla-sugar
For the filling, you need to pour all the ingredients (except pears and chocolate) into one bowl and whisk it with a mixer or wire.
Grease the muffin tin and then pour the filling evenly into each cup. Place the diced pears over the filling, and the chopped dark chocolate over the pears.
Bake at 200°C degrees for about 20 minutes until the top layer turns golden-brown.
When it is baked, take it out and sprinkle with crystal sugar.
