For quick and healthy salty donuts baked in the oven you need:
1.5 cups of water
2 cups of flour
A half of baking powder (5g)
0.5 cups of milk
1 egg
25g butter
1 teaspoon of salt
Bake for about 20 minutes at 275C.
Depending on the mold, the number of donuts is obtained (about 30 donuts).
For classic salty donuts with seeds, it is necessary to coat the top of the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
While for the donuts pesto, add three teaspoons of your favorite pesto sauce to the dough, and after baking, cut them in half and spread the cheese on the upper surface and the lower pesto with the sauce.
