If you have a type of bed with an upholstered headboard in your bedroom, then you are probably familiar with the fact that dust often accumulates on it, just like on any other piece of furniture in your home. For an easy trick on how to clean the headboard you can read in a continuation of this text.
For health reasons, this part of the bed should be cleaned regularly, so that you do not inhale dust during the night sleep and in that way expose yourself to potential allergies and disturbances in the normal functioning of the respiratory organs.
If the headboard of your bed is covered with the following materials – leather / Eco-leather / combination of plasticized materials – then cleaning is significantly simplified.
… It is enough to apply a little soap on a damp cloth or wet sponge (if it is not very dirty, you can do without soap) and clean the surface of the headboard.
If it is made of plush or suede fabric, then cleaning is a little bit harder.
… But with a little trick, you will be able to clean it nice and easy as it stands in a title. You will need a vacuum cleaner and a small roller for cleaning the wardrobe.
Although you can use a vacuum cleaner to clean the headboard to be tidy enough, you might not be able to access some parts so easily, or you simply cannot vacuum the entire surface with a pedal because of its dimensions, or the dust persists collected in balls or spreads all over the headboard.
… For this reason, after vacuuming, if it is necessary, carefully remove parts that are not well cleaned using a wardrobe cleaning roller that has self-adhesive paper tape on it and that will pick up everything that is left behind. Another advantage of this small home gadget is that you can easily approach the wall, so you will not ruin or scratch the walls as it might happen when using a vacuum cleaner.
