You should add lemon and previously washed cucumber cut into rings to the jug full of water. After that, make sure to add a little grated ginger and fresh mint leaves. During the night, the ingredients will release their juices, and tomorrow you can enjoy the drink and consume it during the whole day. You will notice the first results after two to three weeks of use.
2. If you want to lose weight … A research that has been recently conducted in Germany shows that if you want to lose weight, you should drink two glasses of water before lunch. The exact mechanism on how water affects weight loss has not been determined, but the assumptions are aimed at reducing the feeling of hunger and consuming fewer calories during the main meal.
3. Dehydration is a sign of great loss of fluid in the body, and when you feel it, it means that you are already late with fluid intake. Dehydration is characterized by the following symptoms: great thirst, restlessness, headache, cold sweats … Do not allow dehydration to occur, by drinking a certain amount of fluid during the day in shorter intervals , even when you are not feeling thirsty.
